Iceland Adventures: June Update
This winter I did a 2 week solo road trip around Iceland. In the depths of winter, it can be infinitely dark, with some of the most brutal weather I’ve encountered, but on the tail of the season, when other countries are entering spring and their flowers are starting to bloom, we get a perfect balance of snow to ski, daylight to hike, and the northern lights dancing like otherworldly spirits in the night sky.
I partnered up with CampEasy, a local camper van company and headed out through a variety of landscapes. I hiked in the moonlight and saw the brightest northern lights I’ve ever seen, sometimes outshining the full moon, and explored an Ice cave.
I visited friends in different parts of the country, went ski touring, and picked up Bjork for the last few days of hot springs and hiking. Every time I explore this country, I’m blown away by the variety of the landscapes. Planet Earth is a pretty cool place. Here are a few favorites from the trip.

Thank you so much for being with me on this journey. It means a lot to be able to share these moments with you. If anything here caught your attention or if you simply want to reach out, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Looking forward to connecting again soon. Take care and keep exploring.
